Kevin Federline was thrown into the spotlight in 2004 when he first started dating Britney Spears, a time, he recalls, no one could’ve prepared him for. During an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, the now dad of six, 37, reflects on his marriage and divorce to one of the world’s biggest superstars, 33.
“That time of my life, it was great,” the former backup dancer told Us. “It was fun, it was crazy, it was chaos…The limelight, the entertainment business, the lifestyle — period. When you’re 25-years-old, how do you handle that? Nobody can prepare you.”
Federline, who is now launching a career as a DJ and is happily married to wife Victoria Prince, admits he never “really got used to” the lifestyle and fame that came with dating Spears — but it wasn’t about that for him.
“That’s what really got my attention,” he recalled of Spears’ Southern charm and “normal life values.” “It got my attention — the loving, caring person behind it all.”
Although their relationship ultimately took a turn and ended in divorce in 2006, the dad to Spears’ sons Preston and Jayden says at the end of the day, he’ll always care for the “Oops I Did It Again” songstress.
“There was ups and downs. We’re not perfect people, obviously,” he toldUs. “There’s things that she did, there’s things that I did…I think all of that is just from being young and everything plays a part into it… I have so many great memories, they outweigh the bad,” Federline recalled. “For us to split up and me say that, it should speak very loudly.”
Federline, who went on to marry Prince in 2013, also credits Spears for helping him find love again.
“Things that brought out in me were, a better sense on having a great relationship with somebody,” he continued. “I really learned a lot about what I like in a person from her, a lot.”
“Vic is my best friend,” Federline gushed of his wife, with whom he shares kids Jordan, 3, and Peyton, 14 months. “We work well together. We both want the same things for our children. Me and Vic know how to have fun together and I think that’s important.”
Up next, Federline will be DJing in Arizona, Colorado and Chicago this month. To follow his travels, check him out on social media via Twitter @kevinfederline and Instagram @atfederline4real.

Las Vegas review posted the below article:
"By NORM CLARKE LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
Britney Spears’ longtime manager Larry Rudolph is having heart-valve replacement surgery on Monday. Rudolph, who turns 52 in July, said he’s “feeling real positive about it” and plans to be “back in the saddle in a few months.”
He had heart-valve surgery 13 years ago. His surgery will be in New York, where he grew up and became an entertainment attorney before a career switch to talent manager turned him into one of the top artist management executives."
RUNNING backwards, intense core workouts and tennis are how Britney Spears got her Vegas body back. The Pretty Girls singer’s trainer has spoken to the Daily Mail about how Brit got into shape for her residency in Las Vegas.
“She loves to run, but I would make her go backwards,” celebrity trainer Tony Martinez told the Daily Mail.
“She’s like, ‘I’m gonna go backwards?’ I’d be like, ‘Yeah let’s go on the treadmill and walk backwards’. She’d be like, ‘I could lose my hamstrings and my glutes. What are you doing to me?”’
Martinez put Spears, 33, through “intense” workouts for 40 minutes three or four times a week
“She loves all core workouts. She’s a very tenacious women. She wants to get it done and get it done right,” he said.
Martinez — who has also trained Pink and Janet Jackson — said he also helped theGimme More singer clean up her diet.
“I pretty much just wanted her to balance out her proteins, carbs, and fat.
“Everything pretty balanced in that aspect because she was doing a lot of cardio so I wanted her energy up the whole entire time.”
Britney Spears and Katy Perry made the cut. There are also lesser-known luminaries, like molecular biologist Maxine Singer, who helped decipher the human genetic code and championed women and minorities in science.
Many of the portraits provide unusual views of famous faces, Fortune says. Celebrities these days are constantly photographed and have become expert image managers.
For “Pop Icon: Britney,” artist R. Luke DuBois created a moving collage using videos of the pop star and framed the screen in gold. Ethereal sounds, some of which were recorded in an old church in Italy, emanate from nearby speakers. “There is something about our devotion to celebrity that the artist is probably commenting on by comparing her to a religious icon,” Fortune says.
No one is immune to the One Direction magic. Even pop princes Britney Spears went full fangirl when 21-year-old Harry Styles waved at her while on the Billboard Music Awards (May 17) red carpet. Joe Jonas made everyone happy when he was snapped and uploaded Spears' reaction via Instagram. "When you see your Insta-Crush in person," wrote the 24-year-old singer.
MTV reported that the "Pretty Girls" singer completely freaked out when she came face-to-face with the British hottie. The 33-year-old sensation appeared completely starstruck as she stood straight-backed, donning an awkward expression on her face and what looks to be a semi-wave.
"The show was amazing, incredible, on all levels of production and entertainment," says the group's Brian Kelley.
On Sunday night (May 17), Florida Georgia Line headed to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, which featured the debut live performance of Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea's collaborative single "Pretty Girls." One night prior to the awards show, FGL's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley were spotted in the crowd of Spears' Piece of Me show at Planet Hollywood -- and the superstar country duo said that they loved what they saw.
" last-minute kind of decision, and her family hooked us up with some amazing seats," Kelley told Billboard on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet. "Her dad was running us around, taking care of us. And the show was amazing, incredible, on all levels of production and entertainment, man. I think she crossed off every little emotion and thing you could do. It was a great night."
And the guys agree on their favorite Spears song to see live: her debut single, "…Baby One More Time." "That's a classic oldie, man," says Hubbard. "That was pretty sick."
Florida Georgia Line, who took home the Billboard Music Award for Country Artist of the Year, has been touring throughout 2015 and will continue performing their North American run later this month. Watch the video above to hear them express their excitement about the upcoming summer dates.
On Wednesday Britney Spears performed her last Piece Of Me show in Las Vegas before going on break for the summer. And the 33-year-old went out with a bang as she was joined onstage by Chippendales celebrity guest host and former Toxic music video co-star Tyson Beckford. The 44-year-old sported a leash as he was walked across the stage by the blonde singer before jumping up to show off his abs with a quick dance for the audience.
Britney was seen leading the model down the stage during the neon-lit set, as she and her backup dancers performed Freakshow. Tyson later jumped up - to the audience's delight - to show off his impressive six-pack abs as well as his dance moves. After his dance solo Britney rushed over to thank him, signing a T-shirt for the star, before gushing: 'Thank you for dancing. You're such an amazing dancer!' Twelve years prior the pair had worked together when they filmed Britney's unforgettable video for her single Toxic.
Don't mind when she make me her b***h! Ms. Spears! #vegas #tysonbeckford,' Tyson wrote on Twitter after the performance.
Chippendales also celebrated the reunion, writing: 'YES. Last night @Chippendales’ celebrity guest host @TysonCBeckford joined @BritneySpears on stage at #PieceOfMe!'
Britney thanked the star on her Twitter account, sharing a sweet snap of the two of them together, along with: 'Thanks for jumping on stage with me last night @TysonCBeckford!! Your dance moves were '
